The Best Exercises To Get A Six Pack Fast

If you aspire to get a six pack and want get ripped fast, no doubt you will be looking for the abdominal exercises that will get the best and fastest results.  Diet and cardio are important but if you want to get those defined abs then you have to do the right exercises – you can’t escape this.  When I wanted to know how to get a six pack, I found that intense ab workouts were essential for six pack abs and the type of exercise is so important to define and reshape your muscles which make them more attractive.  If you want to know how to get a six pack fast, I strongly advise using a swiss exercise ball because they reduce support making your abs work harder, working all your muscle fibres.  Here are the best exercises to get a six pack and what I used to get ripped fast!

Plank on Exercise Ball

The plank is a very popular exercise when it comes to working your abs, and is even more effective when performed on a swiss ball – place your forearms on the ball and clasp your hands to provide stability, extend your legs straight behind you so you are as parralel with the floor as possible – hold this position for ideally 60 seconds whilst feeling the strain.  This exercise with the swiss ball increases the insensity of the workout, just what you need when you want to get abs fast!

Twisting sit ups

Sit ups are a standard abs exercise, but when combined with the swiss ball the abdominal muscles are worked harder.  To increase the intensity of your workout do a normal sit up on the swiss ball but twist at the end of the movement towards each knee.  I don’t believe in doing a set amount of exercises when it comes to your abs because it is all about intensity – you work out until you feel the burn because this is where progress is made and you can get ripped fast.  If you really want to make a difference you have to push yourself, and keep pushing yourself!

Leg Raises

Lie down on a flat bench holding the top of the bench behind your head.  Lift your legs together from parralel with the floor to a 90 degree angle, hold this position and slowly return to the starting position; repeat this exercise until you feel it working your abs well!  To make this more effective and build more abdominal muscles hold a light weight between your feet whilst performing the exercise.  This is one of my favourite exercises and a fast way to build abdominal muscle.

 Weighted Side Raise

Hold a medium weight in one hand and stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart.  Slowly lower the weight down your side and down your leg without bending your legs, when you get as low as you can return to the start position slowly. You should feel this in your side and obliques, once you do a set on one side put the weight in the other hand and repeat.

Hanging Leg Raises

Find a pull up bar or anything similar and hang from your hands as if you are about to doa pull up.  Keep your arms straight and whilst hanging, lift your legs up so they are parralel with the floor and hold until you feel it in your abs.  Repeat as many of these as you can.

When I was wondering how to get a six pack fast I performed these exercises during intense workouts which helped me build abdominal muscle and get ripped abs.  They really helped define my torso and helped remove the top layer of fat on my abs.

Enjoy your work out – your work out needs to fit your needs and it has to be something you enjoy doing which motivates you – if you hate your work out you won’t do it!

Full English Breakfast – we’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, this couldn’t be more true if you want to know

How To Get A Six Pack

So you want to know how to get a six pack?  This is a popular topic these days for both men and women who are passionate about health and fitness, but also those of us who might want to look great or an occasion or holiday, either way this article points out the critical ways to get ripped fast

Each point is as important as the next because if you skip one of them the chances are you will waste most of your time doing thigs which won’t work and you will still be wondering how do you get a six pack.

  1. Diet – Simple really, if you eat crap it will show!  This may shock you but what you put into your mouth is more important than what you put into your workout!
